"The idea for Croasis was born when I was first introduced to electronic cigarettes, or e-cigs," says inventor and company founder Suneel Kabadi. "I was open to the idea of a flavored smoking device that I could carry around, having smoked hookahs through college. However, the first e-cig I tried had nicotine, which produces a sharp, distinctive feeling in the back of the mouth – not the sensation I wanted. I then discovered hookah pens, which are essentially e-cigs without nicotine, and they have the smooth draw that I was familiar with when I enjoyed hookahs.
