Venture-backed startup CrowdMed hires key marketing leader as its growth in consumer healthcare services accelerates
SAN FRANCISCO, March 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CrowdMed, an online healthcare startup that harnesses the wisdom of crowds to help solve even the world's most difficult medical cases, today announced the appointment of senior marketing executive Thomas Krafft as Vice President of Marketing to head and expand the company's marketing and business development efforts. Krafft has over 15 years of experience in marketing and demand creation for a variety of companies in several high-growth and competitive markets, including offerings around consumer and business software and services, technologies supporting advanced enterprise and government applications, and a wide range of consumer products. He also has strong expertise around IPOs and acquisitions. Krafft is a native of California, a graduate of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, and lives in Palo Alto, California.
