Crown Dynamics Corporation Signs Agreement to Acquire AirWare Holdings, Inc.

ATLANTA, March 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Crown Dynamics Corp., (OTCBB: CDYY.OB) Today announces that it has entered into a share exchange agreement to acquire 100% of Arizona based AirWare Holdings, Inc.

AirWare is an innovator in breathing devises that enhance life, health and promote good breathing. AirWare's line of advanced nasal breathing products address a wide range of issues, including congestion, allergies, snoring, and travel-related illnesses.  AirWare's products are clinically proven and have produced USA retail sales revenue in excess of $4.25m dollars to date.  AirWare owns 17 issued patents and has several patents pending.
