Crucero USA Launches Crucero Direct On July 25

DALLAS, July 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Crucero USA, a bus line committed to providing the best in leisure bus travel at affordable prices, today announced it is launching Crucero Direct on July 25. Crucero USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Greyhound Lines, Inc., will provide the non-stop service, which features premium on-board amenities and a guaranteed seat between Los Angeles, San Diego and San Ysidro for fares as low as $1. Crucero Direct is the first premium bus service to connect major Southern California markets, and tickets are now available for purchase at www.greyhound.com or www.crucero-usa.com.

Travelers can take advantage of on-board amenities found on all Crucero Direct buses including comfortable reclining seats, extra legroom, curtains at each window, on-board video and free Wi-Fi. Customers whose travel takes them beyond Los Angeles can seamlessly connect between Crucero Direct and Greyhound Express, a similar premium service offered to destinations such as San Francisco, Sacramento, Oakland, San Jose, Modesto, Stockton, Fresno and Bakersfield.

Providing three daily express service departures, Crucero Direct will operate from the following locations:

Crucero Direct tickets are available for purchase at www.greyhound.com or www.crucero-usa.com. One-way fares start at $1, plus a booking fee. The earlier passengers purchase their tickets, the lower the fare. Tickets are schedule-specific and cannot be used on other dates or times. A ticket purchase guarantees a seat on the selected schedule. Walkup tickets will be purchased at full price. All tickets are nonrefundable.
