CryoLife Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend 10 Percent for the Second Quarter 2013
ATLANTA, May 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CryoLife, Inc. (NYSE: CRY), a leading tissue processing and medical device Company focused on cardiac and vascular surgery, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 10 percent increase in the quarterly cash dividend for the second quarter 2013 from $0.025 to $0.0275 per share of common stock outstanding. At the new rate, the indicated dividend on an annual basis is $0.11 per share compared to the previous rate of $0.10 per share. The quarterly cash dividend of $0.0275 per share will be paid on June 21, 2013 to all common stockholders of record as of June 14, 2013. The ex-dividend date for the quarterly dividend is June 12, 2013.

CryoLife anticipates paying quarterly dividends in March, June, September, and December of each year. Based on the number of shares currently outstanding, the Company expects to pay a total annual dividend of approximately $3.0 million.
