PADUCAH, Ky., Nov. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12.5 cents per share. The quarterly dividend represents an indicated annual dividend rate of $0.50 per share. The dividend is payable on December 27, 2011, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 1, 2011.
"This dividend represents a 13.6% increase in the cash dividend paid in December 2010," stated Chief Executive Officer Steven A. Powless.
