CSI Board Declares Cash Dividend

PADUCAH, Ky., March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share payable on March 31, 2010, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 16, 2010. The dividend amount represents an indicated annual dividend rate of $0.76 per share.
