CSO HIMSS Announces Fall Conference "The Future of the Healthcare C-Suite"

CINCINNATI, Aug. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Central and Southern Ohio chapter of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (CSOHIMSS) announced its annual fall conference titled The Future of the Healthcare C-Suite. The conference will take place Friday, September 28 at the Kingsgate Marriott Conference Center at the University of Cincinnati.

The conference has a great lineup of healthcare IT industry speakers with a wide range of future-focused topics including population health, analytics, IT leadership and HITRUST. Attendees will have a chance to network with peers during the event and learn about the latest technology and products from participating vendors including Cisco, Imprivata, Leidos, Path Forward IT and PC Connection.

The event will open with a welcome from CSOHIMSS Program Chair, Caitlin Graham and President Ajay Sharma. Attendees will then hear a keynote presentation from Cerner Vice President of Population Health, Ray Herschman, on the evolution of population health technologies and capabilities. The afternoon keynote session will be presented by Dr. David Butler, Founder/CEO of Calyx Partners, LLC. Dr. Butler has over 15 years of experience working with leadership teams at health systems on strategic advising, electronic health record optimization and efficiency, and training and communication.

The conference will conclude with a popular CIO panel discussion focusing on the future of the healthcare CIO.
