INDIANAPOLIS, May 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. (OTCQB: CTIG), an international provider of electronic invoice processing and management ("EIM"), and call accounting management and recording ("CAMRA") applications, reported results for the three months ended March 31, 2012. Revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2012 increased to $4,367,837, as compared to revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2011 of $4,116,366. The Company reported net income for the three months ended March 31, 2012 of $113,530 or $0.00 per share, as compared to a net loss of ($342,516), or ($0.01) per share, for the three months ended March 31, 2011. The increase in revenues and net income for the three months ended March 31, 2012 was primarily attributable to increases in demand for EIM products and services in the United Kingdom and CAMRA products and services in the United States and realization of cost containment measures implemented in the prior year.
