CUI Inc's NSM2P Series Wins Product of the Year Award from Electronic Products Magazine

TUALATIN, Ore., Jan. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CUI Inc, a subsidiary of CUI Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: CUI), today announced that Electronic Products Magazine, a key publication for important developments in products and product technology within the electronics industry, has named the NSM2P "No-Bus" digital point-of-load (POL) series as a Product of the Year for 2012.  From thousands of products, the editors at Electronic Products select the winning submissions based on a significant advance in technology or its application, innovation in design, or gain in price/performance.

The NSM2P series is a unique iteration of CUI's class-leading Novum® Advanced Power digital POL modules. The No-Bus series is designed specifically for customers who value the performance advantages inherent in digital power but do not want to incorporate digital bus communication in their systems. The modules allow customers to access a full suite of digital parameters during the development stage where the desired functions can be tested and manipulated within the system through CUI's simple to use graphical user interface (GUI). The NSM2P series offers the flexibility of digital power in a device that is simple to integrate within a power system.
