SAN MATEO, Calif., Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, SuccessFactors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF) announced expanded social recruiting solutions for the Business Execution (BizX) Suite to take advantage of the power of social networking and collaboration. The SuccessFactors BizX Suite Recruiting Management module will be supplemented with social collaboration from acquired company CubeTree and social sourcing from new award-winning partner Jobvite.

The solution is the first true collaborative enterprise recruiting process, combining critical information from job requisitions, employee profiles and social collaboration networks with a consistent and effective process for identifying, targeting and managing social sourcing decisions.
