Cymer Celebrates its Sixth Year as Presenting Sponsor of San Diego Zoo Food & Wine Celebration

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --San Diego-based tech leader Cymer, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYMI) is showing its support for the sixth consecutive year as the presenting sponsor of the upcoming 31st Annual San Diego Zoo Food & Wine Celebration, taking place on Saturday, Sept. 24. Proceeds from the event will go to the San Diego Zoo Institute for Conservation Research, a division of the Zoo committed to generating, sharing, and applying scientific knowledge that is vital to the conservation of animals, plants, and habitats worldwide.

This year's celebration promises to be the wildest food and wine tasting event in San Diego, boasting more than 175 local food and beverage vendors. Additionally, guests will enjoy live music; a silent auction; the Critter Casino; animal meet-ups with Joan Embery, the Zoo's conservation ambassador; and rides on the Skyfari aerial tram.
