Dacha Strategic Metals Inc. Announces Outcome of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO, Nov. 28, 2012 /CNW/ - Dacha Strategic Metals Inc. (TSX-V: DSM) (the "Company") announced today that at its annual and special meeting, the Company's shareholders elected the following seven individuals to the Company's board of directors: Jorge Bernhard, Tye W. Burt, Ian W. Delaney, G. Scott Moore, Alastair Neill, Peter H. Puccetti and Timothy E. Thorsteinson.  At the initial meeting of the reconstituted board following the completion of the shareholders' meeting, Mr. Delaney was appointed Chairman of the Board and Mr. Puccetti was appointed Chief Executive Officer.

Each of the other matters put before shareholders, including those matters set out in a press release of the Company issued earlier today, was also approved by shareholders at the meeting.
