Daffy's Honors 50 Years With the Opening of a 19th Location in Times Square on 44th Street

NEW YORK, Nov. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Daffy's, a leading off-price fashion retailer in the Tri-State area since 1961 and one of the creators of the off-price retailing segment, announced today that it is further expanding by opening a 19th location in Times Square, the cultural and retail epicenter of New York City. To celebrate the opening, Daffy's is hosting a Broadway.com ticket promotion providing $25 Broadway.com gift cards to Daffy's Times Square consumers who spend $100 or more.  Promotion is from November 16-30.

The new 17,000-square-foot store, located at 218 West 44th Street in the former New York Times building, is situated in the heart of the Theater District, amidst other New York landmarks like the legendary eateries Carmine's and Sardi's. The new store, complete with exterior and interior video technology, will officially open today, Wednesday, November 16, just in time for the Holiday season.
