BOCA RATON, Fla., March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Eight months after opening its doors to the public, Dale Buchanan's Supreme Ultimate Fitness has expanded from 800 sq ft to 2200 sq ft of workout space. This means better workshops, larger classes, and more opportunities for you to reach your fitness goals.

"I'm now offering 3 levels of kettlebell classes to accommodate beginners, intermediate, and advanced exercisers. This will attract fitness enthusiasts ages 18-50+ looking for the perfect group setting to help them reach goals. Additionally, the T'ai Chi Chih classes are soft and gentle on the body, making it ideal for anybody ages 40-80 with little or no fitness conditioning," explains Buchanan.

In addition to kettlebells Buchanan also uses tools such as TRX Suspension Trainer, battling ropes, and sandbags to increase strength, conditioning, and fat burning. These are not machines or weights that you would see in a typical gym.  This system is more effective because it is a total body workout that integrates everything together in one 45-minute workout.

This type of fitness system is tailored to each student's needs, age, and fitness level.
