
Daniel Lévi, new Chief Executive Officer/Chairman of the Board of Groupe Jemini

Groupe Jemini, the specialist for licensed children's products, is announcing the arrival of Daniel Lévi as Chief Executive Officer/Chairman of the Board.
Daniel Lévi has over 30 years' experience in the distribution and development of family consumer products. After nine years with Procter & Gamble Company, France, he joined Kellogg's France in 1988 as Sales Development Senior Manager, before heading up the sales area then national key account. In 1992, he was appointed to oversee commercial operations for Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, France, where he achieved record video sales for their cartoon classics. After becoming Sales and Operations Executive Director/Deputy General Manager in 1997, he diversified the studio's revenues by setting up innovative agreements with the main television channels. As Senior Vice-President and Managing Director since 2000, he has regularly enabled Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, France, to lead the way on the French video market, in addition to negotiating key agreements with the mass retail sector across France and Europe.
Daniel Lévi's arrival confirms the Group's commitment to consolidating and further strengthening its management with a view to implementing its ambitious development strategy and capitalizing on the opportunities for growth offered by a difficult market environment.
Sylver Amouyal, former Chairman of the Board, will continue to serve on the Management Board, alongside Thierry Bertoux and Georges Gangand.
