Danziger & De Llano and MesoCare.org to Attend Canadian Mesothelioma Foundation's 2026 Mission for Meso Gala

HOUSTON, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Danziger & De Llano, LLP, a national mesothelioma law firm, and MesoCare.org, the patient-support resource it sponsors, will attend the Canadian Mesothelioma Foundation's 2026 Mission for Meso Gala Fundraiser this evening at the Jackman Lounge, Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts, 145 Queen Street West, Toronto.

Representing both organizations are Anna Jackson, a Client Advocate, along with Andrew Learner of Toronto and Eric Kugler of Quebec. All three work directly with mesothelioma patients and caregivers and support the MesoCare.org patient-support line. Jackson came to this work after losing her husband to cancer in 2007 and joining a Cancer Care volunteer support group.

"Mesothelioma does not stop at the border," said Anna Jackson, Client Advocate, Danziger & De Llano. "The families we talk to in Tennessee or Washington are asking the same questions as the families in Ontario. They want to know what new treatments are available, how they can pay their bills, and who will help them navigate the asbestos claims process. The Canadian Mesothelioma Foundation has been answering those questions for Canadian families since 2008, and we wanted to be in the room to say thank you."

The gala honors Line Isabelle-Laird, who has raised close to $100,000 for the Foundation since 2020 in memory of her late husband, Scott R. Laird, who died of mesothelioma in 2019. The evening is hosted by television personality Nicole Servinis and features live entertainment from the Canadian Opera Company, catering by McEwan Catering, and a silent auction.
