Dan earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Minnesota State University along with a CPA license from the state of Minnesota. He brings to Dark Horse over two decades of varied experience including over 10 years in the audit practice at public accounting firms, over 7 years in controllership and CFO positions for various private companies, and 3 years in transaction advisory.
