Datappraise Gets Capital Boost from Valbridge Property Advisors, One of the Top Three Commercial Real Estate Valuation and Advisory Services Firms in the U.S.

SEATTLE, Oct. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Datappraise, a three-year-old company that already is a dominant provider of advanced database and report production software for commercial real estate appraisers, announced today that it has received a significant capital boost from a subsidiary of Valbridge Property Advisors, Inc.  Valbridge is a Datappraise customer and one of the top three commercial real estate appraisal and advisory services firms in the U.S. with 66 offices, 176 MAIs, and over 650 total staff.

Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.

Jeffrey Roper, formerly Director of Operations for Datappraise, is now Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the company.  In a service announcement sent to Datappraise clients today, Roper welcomed the capital investment from Valbridge, which he said would enable Datappraise to enhance its software suite for commercial appraisers to be "even better, with enhanced usability, functionality and reliability for current users as well as appraisers who have yet to discover the benefits of our platform to improve their productivity and produce higher quality appraisal reports."
