David Glenwinkel of Village Care Honored for his Philanthropy

As part of David Glenwinkel's Village Care International, he implemented a revolutionary concept to help the needy and poor communities in Africa. This program not only provides fiscal aid, infrastructure, and a better way of life for many African communities, it also empowers them to become independent and shed the shackles of foreign aid and assistance.
