
David Loren Corporation Names Walter Johnson Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tapping a proven retail sales executive, David Loren Corporation (Pink Sheets: DLCR) today announced that Walter Johnson, 49, has joined the Company as its Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. In this role, Johnson will spearhead the Company's strategy to expand both its merchant and product base. Mr. Johnson will report to David Loren, President and Chief Executive Officer of David Loren Corporation.

Walter Johnson joins DLC from his own private label apparel business where he generated annual sales of over $75 million with large mass merchant customers. Mr. Johnson has extensive sales and marketing experience across the retail and consumer products industries. In his earlier career Johnson was responsible for building a large wholesale division for BUM Equipment totaling $150 million annual sales volume. Mr. Johnson is also the co-founder of Peacock Capital Management, LLC, an independent consulting firm servicing high net worth individuals and institutional clients, and was a Financial Advisor at both Prudential Securities and Paine Webber Incorporated where he was responsible for over $100 million in privately managed accounts and corporate retirement plans.
