Acquisition expands Daybright's private sector retirement capabilities in the Mid-Atlantic
ISELIN, N.J., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Daybright Financial today announced the acquisition of EZTPA, LLC, a retirement plan consulting and third-party administration firm serving employers and financial advisors. The transaction marks Daybright's 67th acquisition since its founding in 2008 and its third acquisition of 2026.
Founded in 2016, EZTPA provides retirement plan design, administration and compliance support, including services for 401(k), profit-sharing, cash balance, defined benefit and Solo 401(k) plans.
EZTPA will join Daybright's Private Sector Retirement Solutions segment, adding retirement plan administration, consulting and compliance expertise in Philadelphia and the broader Mid-Atlantic region.
