DCM Advisors, LLC Announces Appointment as Sub-advisor for the Copley Fund, Inc. (COPLX), Subject to Shareholder Approval
NEW YORK, May 2, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- DCM Advisors, LLC ("DCM"), an investment advisor registered with the SEC, announced that it has been appointed by the Board of Directors of the Copley Fund, Inc., and the Board of Directors of Copley Financial Services Corp. ("CFSC"), as the sub-advisor for the Copley Fund, Inc. (COPLX) (the "Fund"), subject to shareholder approval. CFSC will continue to serve as the Investment Advisor to the Fund.
Andrew Greenstein, Acting Chief Executive Officer of DCM, stated, "We are excited to be named the sub-advisor to the Fund, subject to shareholder approval.
