The cross-dock distribution building totals 556,600 square feet and is owned in a 50/50 joint venture between DCT Industrial and IDI. The building is conveniently situated along I-840, between I-24 and I-40, and is in close proximity to the Nashville International Airport. The state-of-the-art building was completed in 2008 and features a 32-foot clear height, an ESFR sprinkler system and a 180-foot secured truck court. The tenant will use the building as a regional distribution center.
The tenant was represented by Don Kent and Clinton Gilbreath of CB Richard Ellis. DCT Industrial and IDI were represented by Steve Preston and Douglas Johnson of CB Richard Ellis.
As of March 31, 2011, DCT Industrial's consolidated Nashville portfolio consists of 2.8 million square feet, which is 100% leased. Including properties held in unconsolidated joint ventures, DCT Industrial's Nashville portfolio consists of 4.4 million square feet, which is 96.2% leased.
