
DCT Industrial Trust Inc.(R) Signs 472,000 Square Foot Development Lease in Memphis
DENVER, March 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DCT Industrial Trust Inc. ® (NYSE: DCT), a leading industrial real estate company, today announced it has signed a lease for 472,000 square feet in its development portfolio at Deltapoint Business Park in Memphis. The facility, located on Getwell Road and in close proximity to Memphis International Airport and the FedEx hub, will serve as the regional distribution center for a world leader in soy-based technologies and ingredients.
The lease brings the building to 100 percent occupancy and increases DCT Industrial's consolidated Memphis portfolio to 93 percent occupied. Other local tenants include Johnson & Johnson, Nissan, Technicolor and Remington Firearms.
