DCT Telecom Group Expands Engineering Team
WESTLAKE, Ohio, March 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- DCT Telecom Group, Inc. (DCT), a leading local provider of business class cloud, data and voice solutions, today announced the addition of two experienced professionals to its growing in-house network and engineering team.
Rob Hendricks joins DCT as Network Field Engineer. In this role he will be instrumental in implementing, deploying and troubleshooting network and voice solutions for DCT customers, including Wide Area Networks, IP phones, SIP services, cloud-based computing, storage and PBX solutions. Mr. Hendricks has 9 years of experience in the communications and IT industries. His extensive background in networking, VoIP deployments and process development will enable him to contribute quickly to DCT solution design, new product development and network infrastructure deployment. Mr. Hendricks holds a degree in computer science from ITT Technical Institute.
Justin Morse joins DCT as Field Technician. Collaborating closely with the DCT engineering and project management teams, Mr. Morse will work to ensure the successful deployment of customized solutions for DCT customers through the on-site configuration, testing and installation of key technical components. He joins DCT with over 5 years of network and field engineering experience, including installing and maintaining wired and wireless networks, managing VoIP phone systems and implementing specialized business software. Mr. Morse is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY, with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Networking and Systems Administration and is a Cisco Certified Network Associate.
