DCT Telecom Group, Inc. Announces New Hires in Sales and Marketing

WESTLAKE, Ohio, May 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DCT Telecom Group, Inc. (DCT), a leading local provider of business class cloud, data and voice solutions, is pleased to announce four new additions to the company's sales and marketing team.

Joining DCT are:

Rick Cavanaugh joins DCT as an Account Executive.  Cavanaugh will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses and better understanding their operations with the goal of providing customized cloud-based technology solutions. He is a graduate of the University of Akron, beginning his career with AmTrust Financial Group and most recently with Worldwide Express in Akron, OH.

Aaron Redd joins DCT as Sales Manager.  Redd will lead new business sales efforts, driving revenue through the implementation of customized DCT solutions with mid-market customers. Leveraging his experience with the extensive resources of DCT's network and engineering teams, Redd will assist businesses in navigating the increasingly complex landscape of corporate communications. He is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace University and has 7 years of account management and business development experience, most recently working for Cintas Corporation in the Cleveland market.

Jonathan Susini joins DCT as a Senior Account Executive.  Drawing on his prior industry and account management experience, Susini will focus on helping businesses develop a more systematic approach to managing their communications, with solutions tailored to meet their unique needs. He is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace University and worked in sales roles previously with Prudential Financial Corporation and Level 3 Communications.

Amy Snyder joins DCT as Marketing Manager with 26 years of marketing and public relations experience in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets.  In this newly created position, Snyder will direct marketing and communications strategies in support of DCT's growth, profitability and visibility objectives. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and has worked in a diverse range of industries including banking, non-profit, juvenile products, and most recently for the school division of Trapeze Software Group in Cleveland, OH.
