The magazine and webisode series highlights the company's move to bring popular local and regional flavors found at restaurants in a city to the airports at which Delaware North operates. Each webisode brings the magazine to life, giving users an inside look at the stories behind the local favorites that Delaware North serves at airports.

The premier issue of Taking Off with the Hungry Traveler features some of Delaware North's latest restaurants and its partnerships with world-class chefs at Los Angeles International Airport, one of the busiest airports in the world.
