
Demand Generation Company Appoints Sales Exec to Advisory Board
Salesify Inc., a leading provider of demand generation and sales acceleration services, announced today that it has appointed Joe Julian, a sales veteran with 30+ years experience, to the Salesify Advisory Board.
SUNNYVALE, Calif., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Salesify Inc., a demand generation services company based in Sunnyvale, CA, announced today that it has appointed Mr. Joe Julian to the Salesify Advisory Board. Julian is an executive consultant and strategist, bringing to Salesify a wealth of expertise in the areas of technology sales and executive leadership. For the past five years, he has run his own consulting firm helping small technology companies develop go to market strategies and build highly productive sales and channel organizations. Julian has also provided clients with executive leadership by serving as interim CEO for various companies. His most recent assignment was the Executive Chairman (and interim CEO) for PHD Virtual Technologies, and he remains on their Board of Directors. In addition, Julian currently serves on the Board of Directors for Permabit Technologies, and was previously a board member and strategic consultant to Avamar Technologies, leading up to Avamar's acquisition by EMC in 2006.
Prior to starting his own consulting company, Julian was Senior Vice President of Americas Sales and Global Accounts for Veritas Software. In this role, he managed the sales, pre-sales, and support renewal operations for all products in North and Latin America. In addition, he was responsible for the launch of Veritas' Worldwide Global Accounts Program and their first National Accounts program in the United States. Previously, Julian held key sales and operations positions at Open Vision Technologies, Sequent Computer Systems, Tolerant Systems and Burroughs Corporation.
The Salesify Advisory Board was created to provide counsel to the Salesify senior management team on new product development, and internal strategic planning. As the newest member of the Board, Julian joins Ian Dix, a 20 year telecom industry veteran with deep marketing experience.
