Denver Mattress Company Pledges a Dollar for Every Dollar Donated to Sixty-Three Rescue Missions Across the U.S.

DENVER, Nov. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Denver Mattress Company (DMC) is pleased to announce their ninth annual charity partnership with the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions (AGRM) as together they continue to help those in need during the holidays.

DMC will match every dollar that is donated to one of the 63 missions across 27 states from November 11th until the 24th. Individual missions will be able to receive up to $2,500 from DMC per market, with a $5,000 donation to AGRM to help support their overall efforts in coordinating relief. The missions will be able to use the donations for the specific needs of their own community for necessities such as food, warm clothing, shelter, or assistance.

This is the third year DMC has used an online campaign strategy. Using website banners ads, campaign landing pages designed to receive donations for each unique rescue mission, and the local promotion by AGRM members, DMC hopes to attract up to $150,000 in all this year. Last year's efforts yielded $132,399 in local community support, and saw a 181% increase in donors from the year prior.
