FAIRFAX, Va., April 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Analytic IT Services, LLC (GAITS) received an award from the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory operated for the Department of Energy by Stanford University. The GAITS Team will provide Web Development and Technical Services at the SLAC lab in Menlo Park, CA. This marks the tenth DOE laboratory to which GAITS will provide quality IT services.
The SLAC Web Development and Technical Services engagement is a firm-fixed price contract IDIQ, and will run for 5 years. The GAITS Team will provide information technology, web design and development, Interwoven TeamSite, SharePoint, APEX, and search engine optimization engineers, designers and administrators for the Enterprise Applications Group (EAG) in support of Operations and Science at SLAC. Services will cover the full life-cycle of web and application development: project planning and management, requirements gathering, user interface design, web site architecture, web and application development, system and database integrations, content management, testing, implementation, web search and analytics, and system administration and support.
Through this contract, GAITS deepens the company's nationwide experience base across the Department of Energy.
