Department of Homeland Security Selects ADF Solutions to Provide Universal Triage Tool for First Responders

BETHESDA, Md., July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- ADF Solutions Inc., the leading provider of forensic triage tools for computers and peripherals, announced today that the company has been selected by the Department of Homeland Security to develop a universal triage field kit that will aid law enforcement officers in the immediate extraction of information and evidence from computers and other devices involved in active criminal or terrorist investigations.

Law enforcement officers and forensic examiners face a constant challenge to stay ahead of the latest technologies encountered every day during their investigations. In addition, the amount of digital data of these investigations has grown exponentially over the past few years, resulting in overwhelming forensic backlogs.

ADF Solutions has been providing law enforcement agencies with tools to improve digital investigations since 2005. The tools are used by both technical and nontechnical users.
