VANCOUVER, June 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Deploy Technologies Inc., (CNSX: DEP) (PINKSHEETS: DPLY) announced today that the Company has filed trademark applications with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.
The Company has filed a trademark applications for the trademark "DEPLOY" with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office relative to the products that the company is currently selling.
The Company has also filed a trademark application for the proposed use of the trademark "DEPLOY" with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Once the company has sold product to U.S. customers, the Company will be required to file a 'declaration of use' in order to finalize the trademark registration in the U.S.
