DEQ Systems and Talisman Group Resolve Federal Lawsuit Over EZ Baccarat®

LAS VEGAS, July 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - DEQ Systems Corp. (TSX-V: DEQ) ("DEQ") and Talisman Group ("Talisman") announced today that they have jointly settled the lawsuit filed in the Federal Court in Las Vegas disclosed in the January 23, 2015, DEQ Press Release.

Representatives of both DEQ and Talisman stated that they would continue to work jointly to accelerate the marketing and distribution of the EZ Baccarat table game and EZ Trak™ electronic scoring system, the EZ Baccarat progressive, online game and electronic terminal applications to casino operators worldwide.

EZ Baccarat has over 700 table games installed throughout the US, Canada and Macau. In April of 2014, DEQ announced a deal with LT Game, a subsidiary of Paradise Entertainment Limited (SEHK: 1180) to distribute EZ Baccarat throughout Asia. The EZ Baccarat online game launched on the GameAcccount Network™ (ISE: GAME) Simulated Gaming™ platform in March.
