WHITEHOUSE, Ohio, Jan. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Devonshire REIT, Inc., a private real estate investment trust, announced today its recognition by Real Estate Forum magazine as one of the fastest growing commercial real estate companies in the United States.
Nominees were chosen from a nationwide pool of entrants and rankings were based on both revenue and employee growth over the three-year period covering 2012 – 2014. Companies were segregated by size according to revenue as heavy-hitters, large, mid-size, or small and then ranked within their respective categories.
Devonshire placed second in the mid-size category with 3-year revenue growth of 235.34%. This represented an increase from $9M to over $30M in total revenue. Employee count grew by 89%.
