DEX Imaging Acquires Two Florida Companies Valued At $20.5 Million

TAMPA, Fla., May 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- DEX Imaging announces the acquisition of South Florida-based U.S. Imaging Solutions and Tampa-based Tonertype, LLC, that have propelled DEX Imaging to the spot of largest and fastest growing in the Southeast United States.  The purchase increases the company revenue to $148 million annually, strengthens the DEX Imaging presence as a leader in the managed print services arena and provides additional cost benefits for their customers.

Tonertype, an office imaging provider servicing accounts from Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Kansas and Arkansas, specializes in office equipment, service and imaging supplies for all major brands nationwide. Tonertype is an authorized reseller for the HP and Lexmark brands, and provides both new and refurbished laser printers, laser MFP's, copiers, plotters and facsimile machines, as well as full customer support.

U.S. Imaging Solutions, an authorized sales and service provider for Canon, Hewlett Packard, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, and Muratec helps organizations assess, develop and implement Total Output Management solutions to secure the most strategic, cost-effective and efficient means of producing document output.
