DIALOG CAFÉ TO OPEN RESIDENCY AT THE SUN ROSE WEST HOLLYWOOD

The neighborhood favorite will bring its full menu, familiar team, and signature hospitality to The Sun Rose while working to restore and reopen its original West Hollywood home

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Dialog Café, the beloved Los Angeles café known for its cult-favorite breakfast burritos, creative coffee drinks, fresh wraps and unmistakable "Less Talk, More Dialog" spirit, will open a residency at The Sun Rose West Hollywood this October.

Beginning October 3, 2026, Dialog Café will bring its full menu and complete Dialog experience to The Sun Rose, giving longtime customers, neighbors and hotel guests a new place to enjoy the food, coffee and familiar hospitality that have made Dialog part of the West Hollywood community for nearly 18 years.

Guests can expect the full selection of Dialog favorites, including the Dialog Breakfast Burrito, made with pasture-raised eggs; the popular Chicken Caesar Wrap; and the café's complete breakfast and lunch offerings. Dialog's signature beverage program will also make the move, featuring favorites such as the Madagascar Vanilla Latte, Shaken Strawberry Oat Matcha Latte, smoothies and seasonal specialty drinks. Dialog will also have its full menu available for room service.

Following substantial damage sustained during the July 16, 2026, water main incident, Dialog's original West Hollywood café remains closed. Since then, founders Narbeh Ghazalian and Tadeh Ghazalian have focused on supporting their team, finding a nearby home for the café, and working toward restoring and reopening the original location.

"Our priority has been finding a way to keep serving the neighborhood that has supported us for nearly 18 years," said Narbeh and Tadeh Ghazalian, founders of Dialog Café. Based on information currently available, Dialog anticipates the restoration process could take approximately one year or longer, although the timeline remains an estimate and may change as assessments and construction progress. No reopening date has been established for the original location.

The Sun Rose West Hollywood shares Dialog's commitment to quality ingredients, including farmers' market produce, pasture-raised eggs, small-batch dairy and locally roasted coffee. Led by Executive Chef Gino Pineda, whose culinary background includes Barbrix Wine Bar and All'Acqua, Dialog's menu balances familiar Los Angeles favorites with thoughtful, chef-driven preparation.

The Dialog Café residency at The Sun Rose West Hollywood, located on Sunset Blvd with street-level access, will celebrate its grand opening on October 3, 2026, and will be open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Additional opening details will be announced in the coming weeks. Updates regarding the restoration and eventual reopening of Dialog's original West Hollywood location will be shared separately as plans develop.
