DigiPath Corp Collaborates with Penn State College of Engineering on Product Design Improvement Project

(OTCBB andOTCQB: DIGP), a digital pathology solution provider, is sponsoring a senior capstone design project through The Learning Factory at the Penn State College of Engineering, over the duration of the Fall 2014 semester.

For this semester, DigiPath is sponsoring a project in which students will develop improvements to DigiPath's existing means of transporting PathScope™, a highly sensitive digital pathology imaging system. The students will be focused on improving the design of the current transportation case in order to save money each time the PathScope™ is transported via commercial aircraft. According to the team at PSU, the new design is expected to save DigiPath approximately $30,000 annually.
