Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) Services Now Available Through $960 Million Air Force NETCENTS-2 Application Services IDIQ
Mandatory Contract Provides Access to a Wide Range of Application Services
BETHESDA, Md., Sept. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Digital Management, Inc., (DMI), a leading IT solutions and business strategy consulting firm, today announced that its services are now available through the $960 Million Air Force Network Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2) Application Services Small Business Companion IDIQ. DMI is one of only twelve vendors selected by the Air Force as qualified to bid for task orders under the mandatory purchase vehicle.
NETCENTS-2 is designed to make it quicker and easier for warfighters to obtain innovative information technology services and capabilities that cover the full spectrum of operations and missions. The NETCENTS-2 Application Services acquisition provides a vehicle for customers to access a wide range of services including:
- Sustainment
- Migration
- Integration
- Training
- Help desk support
- Testing and
- Operational support.
Other services include, but are not limited to, exposing data from Authoritative Data Sources (ADS) to support web-services or Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) constructs in Air Force enterprise environments.
The NETCENTS-2 Application Services contract, one of seven NETCENTS-2 vehicles to be awarded, is mandatory for Air Force use. The contract may also be available to Department of Defense and other federal agencies when it is related to requirements for interoperability with Air Force capabilities, or when it is for work that supports Air Force IT infrastructure, applications or operations, supports host-tenant arrangements involving Air Force units, or is in support of joint operations and solutions.
