Digital Power Corporation Reports Financial Results for the Third Quarter Ended September 30, 2011

FREMONT, Calif., Nov. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Digital Power Corporation (DPW) today announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2011.

The company reported revenue of $3,024,000 for the third quarter of 2011, a decrease of 5% over $3,186,000 for the same quarter in 2010.  

Operating profit for the third quarter of 2011 was $474,000, compared to an operating profit of $382,000 for the same quarter in 2010. Net income for the third quarter of 2011 was $449,000 or $0.065 per diluted share, compared to a net income of $303,000 or $0.0447 per diluted share for the same quarter in 2010.
