Dingman Named CEO and Chairman of the Board

BOSTON, June 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Game Plan Holdings, Inc. (GPLH) (the "Company"), a nutritional supplements company that distributes products both online and through a network of fitness professionals, is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors appointed Jamie Dingman Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, effective June 3, 2014. Jamie Dingman has served on the Company's Board of Directors since March 2013 and is formerly a managing director at Shipston Group, an international private equity firm.

Dingman, who has experience in growth companies, capital markets and consumer goods, will oversee all of Game Plan's operations. He worked for Shipston Group for a number of years, with the oversight and management of Shipston's operations in China. Prior to joining Shipston Group, he served as a founding partner and co-president of National Timber Company, and also served as President of Fitapaldi-Dingman Racing. He has lived and worked in emerging markets in excess of 20 years, joining Renaissance Capital's corporate finance arm in the early 1990's.
