SUNRISE, Fla., April 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Direct Insite (OTC BB: DIRI.OB), a leading provider of cloud-based e-invoicing solutions for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payments automation, today announced that it has deployed its Invoices On-Line (IOL) AP automation portal in the shared services environment of a major North American information technology services provider. In support of the AP Portal, Direct Insite will provide supplier e-invoicing adoption and vendor boarding services.
The company is using Direct Insite's Invoices On-Line Web portal to automate critical AP processes, including, invoice scan/capture, electronic invoice receipt, supplier registration and inquiry, electronic invoice validation and reporting. Direct Insite's integration with SAP was a critical factor in the company's decision to select Direct Insite.
"Today's announcement is further validation of the compelling operational and financial benefits provided by the Invoices On-Line AP automation portal," said Direct Insite President and CEO Matthew E. Oakes. "Invoices On-Line is helping the largest, most complex financial operations in the world improve business outcomes by reducing costs, increasing visibility in payables information, and accelerating cash flow -- all in a highly secure and compliant environment."
