DirectView Opens Colorado Office to Increase Regional Marketing Efforts to the Cannabis Industry

NEW YORK, May 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DirectView Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: DIRV), a company focused on the ownership and management of leading video and security technology companies, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, DirectView Security, has acquired office space in the Denver suburb of Englewood to serve as a regional hub for its security and surveillance business.  The office will help to support the expansion of regional marketing efforts for the Company's video surveillance and security solutions catering to the cannabis industry. 

The Company's new office is located inside the Legacy Construction Company of Colorado's offices in Englewood.  DirectView intends to use the office primarily to promote the company's products, services and comprehensive security solutions to local and regional marijuana dispensaries and grow facilities.  The Company provides a full set of products and services designed to comply with various local and state government security and surveillance mandates for the cannabis industry and intends to work closely with the staff at Legacy Construction to provide expert security consultation, design and installation its line of products and services.    Management believes the establishment of this physical presence in Colorado will enable the company to capitalize on the growing number of opportunities in the region's cannabis industry as well as offer additional marketing opportunities to other corporate clientele for its video surveillance and security, alarm monitoring, and access control solutions.
