Diversified Distribution Announces Acquisition of Selected Assets of the Foam Business from Enefco

WOONSOCKET, R.I., Oct. 4 /PRNewswire/ --

1) Diversified Distribution has purchased selected assets pertaining to Enefco's ENcell™ cosmetic foam. Diversified Distribution has the exclusive rights to promote & sell ENcell cosmetic foam. Enefco will cease all sales & marketing activities related to ENcell foam.

2) Diversified Distribution will add innovations to the Enefco facility thru Diversified's patented formulas and technological patented 'know how'.
