PHILADELPHIA, March 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Diversified Search, one of the top ten executive search firms in the United States, experienced a year of transformational growth in 2011, reporting a 22% revenue increase, which far exceeds the industry average of 9%. The company expanded globally becoming the exclusive U.S. partner of Alto Partners, an international alliance of independent search firms, which offers a presence in 29 countries and access to a rich, global network. Diversified Search also added significant strength to its U.S. leadership team, hiring 40 new employees.

Diversified Search welcomed several high-level executives including Joe Frick, former CEO of Independence Blue Cross and current Vice Chair of the IBC Board of Directors; Jeff Hodge, founder of Hodge Partners who brings more than 30 years of experience in the areas of healthcare, technology and boards of directors; and internationally recognized internal medicine physician and author, Dr. Marie Savard. In addition, the firm enhanced its board of directors practice by naming Veronica Biggins as practice leader. Biggins serves on a number of boards including Southwest Airlines, and was also the assistant to the President of the United States and director of presidential personnel under William Jefferson Clinton.
