DKN Hotels Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of Wyndham Garden Ventura Pierpont Inn

IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Irvine-based DKN Hotels, one of Southern California's leading hotel management, development and ownership companies, today announced the acquisition of the Wyndham Garden Pierpont Inn in Ventura, CA. The 77-room property changed ownership for an undisclosed sum from selling company Brighton Management and marks DKN Hotels' 12^th property in a quickly growing portfolio.

The hotel is located within walking distance of San Buenaventura State Beach and features over 6,000 sq.ft. of flexible meeting and banquet space, making it a popular destination for weddings and other social events. The historic property, nicknamed "The Lovely Lady by the Sea", was built in 1910 and has seen multiple additions to its initial structure throughout the years.
