DMV Registration Expert Kevin Kellerman Joins AVRS

PETALUMA, Calif., June 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Robert Rieger, CEO and founder of AVRS, Inc. announced today that Kevin Kellerman has joined the AVRS Education and Training team as the Director of Education.

Mr. Kellerman brings 35 years of experience in automotive compliance, registration training seminars and vehicle registration processing to AVRS.

Mr. Kellerman founded Dealer Education Services, California's first licensed dealer vocational school. He is also the author of the "Auto Registration Guidebook" and has published an annual edition since 1993.  This book has become an industry standard for new and used car dealerships throughout California.

Mr. Kellerman developed the vehicle registration seminar program sponsored by the California New Car Dealers Association (CNCDA) and trained dealers on this program for over 20 years. His vehicle title and registration company, Auto Registration Experts, has serviced hundreds of new and used dealers since 1981.
