OnlineGURU (OG) launched the site as a portal for drivers in 1999. Since then, DMV.org has evolved alongside the Internet into a useful resource with more than 16,000 pages of state-specific content. It covers driver's licensing, vehicle registration, title transfers, auto insurance requirements and more.
