DNA Dynamics, Inc. Announces Return of 20m Shares to Treasury
DNA Officer returns 20,000,000 shares
LEAMINGTON SPA, England, June 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- DNA Dynamics, Inc. (PK:DNAD) has seen one of its officer's return 20m shares of the company's common stock to the treasury. The Chief Operating Officer has also split his remaining 30m shares between himself and the Chief Executive Office.
Speaking of the move, Ed Blincoe, CEO of DNA Dynamics had this to say: "It is essential that, where possible, we look to keep the issued share capital to a minimum and we are pleased to have been able to have reached this agreement."
The re-allocation of shares to make a more balanced shareholding across the board is also a positive move for the officers, the shareholder and for the company as a whole.
The board room share restructuring was completed on Monday, 20th June 2011.
