DNA Dynamics, Inc. Continues Share Restructuring Work

LEAMINGTON SPA, England June 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- DNA Dynamics, Inc. (PK: DNAD) has accepted the return of 20m shares of the company's common stock to the treasury. In their continued work on the Issued Share Capital, DNA has accepted back 20m shares from an officer who decided not to take up his post at the company and has awarded 8m shares to long standing DNA Studios Key Members. The action was completed on Monday June 27th 2011.

As of Tuesday 28th June 2011, the Share Structure is as follows:
350,000,000 Authorized Share Capital
98,655,843 Free Trading Shares (Float)
148,305,793 Issued Share Capital

Speaking of the move, Ed Blincoe, CEO of DNA Dynamics had this to say: "We are pleased to be able to keep a tight hold of the issued share capital and, with this officer's decision to not take up his post at DNAD, we enacted a clause in his contract which required the return of the common stock. Furthermore, it allowed us some flexibility to ensure the continued service from two long standing DNA Studios members who were with the company from its early days at Slam Productions Ltd. We absolutely want to keep any dilution to the minimum required to execute the business plan and the returning of these shares is evidence of our commitment to that cause."
